The Biggest Little Rodeo in Texas, was full of action, color, cowboys and on our winter bucket list.

As another year draws to a close, it’s fun reflecting back on all my favorite things from 2016. Selling our floating home (sailboat) after a month in Cuba and transitioning to our first Snowbird winter chasing the sun means a drastically different lifestyle.

Let’s try this again … hopefully squalls will stay away from the gulf stream this time!

With the trailer stored for the winter, we transition to life aboard in our 37′ sailboat, s/v Winterlude, and begin dreaming about where we’ll travel with our Lance 1685 in 2016!

50 years is a long time since seeing a friend. David was looking forward to Durango & wasn’t disappointed!
