We’re enjoying the boat currently in Key West, Florida – where it’s warm and sunny and David can wear his shorts every day!   After all, that’s our retirement goal.

Sleep and a Tilt-A-Whirl Ride

Life is good in Key West, Florida!  We’ll daysail and go snorkeling, sail out to check out the wreck at the Marquesas Keys, explore Boca Grande and its wrecks (and colorful fishies) and (weather permitting) spend some time at the Dry Tortugas with its magnificent Civil War era Fort Jefferson.

But March 5, the boat will be hauled in Marathon Boat Yard for some much needed repairs and we’ll be on the way to pick up our Lance 1685 travel trailer to get ready for our 3 month adventure to the Southwestern US!
